Materials & Construction
Most ankle weights are silicone, which doesn't breathe well, so it turns hot and slick within a few minutes of real work.
We use our signature Reverie™ knit instead — a fine nylon face over a cushioned SBR core that won't soak up sweat. Soft and matte where it meets your skin, and it breathes, so it won't turn slick the way silicone does.
The iron beads sit in a segmented inner pouch, so the weight stays evenly distributed rather than pooling at one end. Our wide strap also spreads the pressure, with a soft bound edge and the hook side facing out, so the velcro never bites.

Care Instructions
- Remove the inner bead pouch before washing. Lay the weight flat, pinch the pouch through the open end, and pull it out. Only the outer sleeve is washable — there's a diagram on the box too.
- Hand wash only, with the hook-and-loop closed so it doesn't catch the fabric. Cool water, mild detergent, gentle squeeze — don't wring or twist.
- Lay flat to dry, away from direct heat and sunlight. Once the sleeve is completely dry, slide the pouch back in.
Do not machine wash, tumble dry, iron, bleach, or dry clean.

Free delivery on all Canadian orders — no minimum.
We ship from Toronto, usually within 1–2 business days. Most orders arrive in 2–7 business days depending on where you are in the country, and we'll email you tracking as soon as yours is on the way. We only ship within Canada for now.
Returns
Take 30 days to decide. Try them on, check the fit, see how they feel — if they're not right, send them back unworn and in their original packaging and we'll refund you in full.
Once they've been through a workout or washed, we can't take them back — they're worn against the skin, so we can only resell what's never been used.
Just email us at shop.arete.form@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you everything you need. Refunds land back on your original payment method within 5 business days of the return reaching us. You'll cover return shipping.
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll sort it out.
